U ruined my Thursday jerk

Huh...why some ppl drive car like shit, can u guys just stick to the traffic laws, is it hard for u to drive ur car safely on the road? Luckily with my five years driving experience, i managed to go through it without a scratch nor serius damage.


Ok let the story tell. This morning, as my daily routine, I have to send my bb to PIL house which is just 20 minutes from my house. The road was quite empty coz now is the school holiday. When i was smoothly turning to the roundabout, suddenly in the middle of nowhere, I saw one old faded Toyota Corolla was tailgaiting my a**. Hey u jerk, im driving with a baby inside, and u expect me to speed like the F1 car???

I was in the middle lane (of the three travel lanes). The jerk was trying to turn left in the turn lane next to me (same direction) which blocked the person trying to turn left in the other direction. I knew I didn't have the distance to stop in time to avoid him from hitting me, so I honk him n quickly swerved to the right, across the other lanes. I popped the clutch n the car stalled. At that very moment, all i was thinking is my bb. If something happen to us, I bet u, I will screwed the damn jerk up side down.

Thank God, I am very lucky that no one was in the two right-hand lanes. I still feel shaky n nervous when i safely reached my office. The incident really spoiled my day. Even when i write this entry, i still keep on cursing that damn-old-faded-toyota-corolla.

Belasungkawa

Al-Fatihah kepada Allahyarhamah Hajah Habsah Binti Mahmud iaitu nenda kepada mr HB yang telah kembali ke rahmatullah pada hari Jumaat yang lepas. Semoga roh beliau dicucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan bersama2 golongan yang beriman. Amin.

Yes, they really do..last week mr hb dok bisik2 kat telinga ngidam nak mkn burger nih. So, aku iyakan saje..kalau tak, bila lagi kan nak mkn bsama..Aku tak sempat nak snap gmbr sebab sedar2 aku n hb dah telan habih dah burger tu. So, sapa2 husband dier keje outstation boley ler "Celebrate the return of a loved one" kat McD eyhhh.

Fetch my chenta

Yayyyy...sharp 5.30 tok, ngesep kejap, start enjen keta, drive heading to the airport..mok fetch sapa?????hehehe....mr HB la......

Lamak dah sik jumpa mr hb..mesti rasa singkol nak hooo..rasa mcm time cinta2 dolok eyhhh. Sehari2 tok mala jak nanggar jam, lambat sekali jak rasa. Gelisah rasa hati tok nak bertemu ngn nya. Alhamdulillah kali tok ada lamak sikit mr hb stay kat kuching. Hari Ahad baru nya fly off agik. Kira lamak la juak..selalunya sehari 2 hari jak nya stay.

So this few days aku sik antar bb ke rumah MIL. Mr hb pun turn jaga since nya dah pulang. Aku jadi princess la berapa hari tok. Rilek goyang kaki....Bah....aku nak mupok lok ngabis keja ku. dadaaaa guyzz.

HMFD

Ari Jemat lepas, bb Aqeel kenak HMFD. Baruk jak sihat dari demam panas ari ya, tok dah sakit baru....Aku rasa memang season penyakit ya kinek tok sebab seranto2 area perumahan MIL aku, mostly biak suma kenak.

Actually ari Khamis aku dah perasan tangan n kaki bb ada bintik merah beraik. Sik juak aku suspect nya kenak penyakit tok. Then on friday baruk la bb meragam. Time aku pulang keja nak ambik nya balit, MIL ku advise aku berambeh jak kat umahnya sebab bb mala jak nangis. MIL ku ngenang aku sorang jaga bb kat umah, dah la anak buah ku keja part time mlm, mr hb pun masih outstation. Jadi aku pulang ke rumah lok ngepack brg2 ku pakei berambeh kat rumah MIL. Yalah ku sayang gilak ngn ibu mertua tok, nya nang understanding koh.

Mlm sabtu, kmk dua MIL take turn jaga bb. Bb Aqeel sik lena gilak tdo, mala jak nangis. Kali nya rasa badan nya gatal2. Nyusu pun kurang sebab maybe sakit nya nak nelan. Aku pun dah bingong juak. Pagi ya aku decided ngembak nya gi Normah Medical Specialist. Takut condition nya makin terok.

Dah dicheck doktor tek, nang mena bb kenak jangkit HMFD. Doktor berik lotion k sapu kat kaki tangan nya n pil bom k engkah kat ***hole bb mun temperature badannya tinggi. Ya Allah, benda camtok lah yang ditakut aku. Mun dapat, biarlah sakit ya pulang ke aku, sik sanggup aku nanggar bb nahan sakit macam ya. Tapi aku berserah jak ngn Allah, mungkin ada hikmah Allah nurun suma ya. Wallahua'lam.

Alhamdulillah, kinek tok bb dah beransur sihat dan bertambah aktif. Macam tauk2 jak bb, ayahnya touch down kuching petang tok. Asak la ati nya ya koh jumpa ngan ayahnya. Kangen kmk dua beranak (mummynya yg lebih la) ngn ayahnya koh....ney ndak..2 bulan dah sik balit. Hehe...sik sabar nunggu petang tok, menatap wajah insan yang tercinta.

Juz now, i had my lunch with these yummylicous foods...it looks gorgeous isn't..even while i write this entry, i still can taste the cheesy brownies melting down through my throat.yummehhhh....

Epiglottitis

Epiglottitis is a medical emergency that may result in death if not treated quickly. The epiglottis is a flap of tissue that sits at the base of the tongue that keeps food from going into the trachea, or windpipe, during swallowing. When it gets infected and inflamed, it can obstruct, or close off, the windpipe, which may be fatal unless promptly treated.

When epiglottitis strikes, it usually occurs quickly but may range from just a few hours to a few days. The most common symptoms include sore throat, muffling or changes in the voice, difficulty speaking, fever, difficulty swallowing, fast heart rate, and difficulties in breathing."

Currently, immediate hospitalization is required whenever the diagnosis of epiglottitis is suspected. The person is in danger of sudden and unpredictable closing of the airway. So doctors must establish a secure way for the person to breathe. Antibiotics may be given.

Initial treatment of epiglottitis may consist of making the person as comfortable as possible including placing an ill child in a dimly lit room with the parent holding the child, humidified oxygen, and close monitoring. If there are no signs of respiratory distress, IV fluids may be helpful. It is important to prevent anxiety because it may lead to an acute airway obstruction especially in children.

People with possible signs of airway obstruction require laryngoscopy in the operating room with proper staff and airway intervention equipment. In very severe cases, the doctor may need to perform a cricothyrotomy (cutting the neck to insert a breathing tube directly into the windpipe).

IV antibiotics may effectively control inflammation and get rid of the infection from the body. Antibiotics are usually prescribed to treat the most common types of bacteria. Blood cultures are usually obtained with the premise that any organism found growing in the blood can be attributed as the cause of the epiglottitis. However, in many cases, if not the actual majority, blood cultures fail to yield this information.

Corticosteroids and epinephrine have been used in the past. However, there is no good proof that these medications are helpful in cases of epiglottitis.

He's turning blue

Semalam saya on emergency leave sebab bb Aqeel kena demam panas. Pagi dah bawak gi klinik, dorang bagi ubat demam, sore throat n flu. Masa tu temperature dia tinggi la jugak, around 36 smthg. Balik rumah bagi bb makan ubat suma but masih jugak cranky, asyik nak gendong je. Tido pun tak lena, nangis memanjang. Macam2 dah buat nak pujuk dia, tuam dgn towel basah, letak cool fever kat dahi, suma tak menjadi.

Around 10pm, saya naik cuak tgk mulut, tgn n kaki bb turning to blue colour n badan dia pun rasa mcm panas sangat, Saya ada terbaca satu artikel, kalau ada simptom mcm ni, its show ur bb lack of oxigen so sblm tjadi apa2, i immediately packed brg dia n we rushed to the emercency room kat Normah Medical Specialist Centre.

At that time, doktor check temperature bb almost 40, mak oiii tinggi tu. Doktor suspected maybe bb saya kena Epiglottitis n this could be dangerous kalau tak dirawat awal. Makin la saya cuak dengar doktor cakap mcm tu. Doktor bagi antibiotik untuk pervent the infection n cucok ubat kat punggung dia bagi temperature turun. Alhamdulillah, lepas bagi ubat yg doktor bagi, panas badan bb ada surut sikit, barulah saya rasa lega. Semalaman saya tak tdo sebab monitor bb punya temperature. Pagi tadi, sayu je rasa hati nak tinggalkan bb kat rumah MIL. Harap2 my MIL dapat handle dia.

Ohh ya, about this Epiglottitis. kadang2 boley membawa maut jugak. Will continue abt this next entry. Kuuuu semangat...mintak simpang. Ya Allah, lindungi lah anakku dari segala malapetaka. Amin...

Miss him so badly

Rindu giler kat mr hb. Rasanye dah nak masok 2 bulan dia tak balik jengok kami 2 beranak. Hmmm...tu ler nasib kan kalo husband keje outstation. Boleh kira dgn jari brp kali mr hb balik Kuching. Tapi aku redha, perlu berkorban dlm mencari rezeki utk menyara anak dan bini.

Dlm masa yg sama gak, aku kesian kat anak aku sebab dia kekurangan kasih sayang dari seorang insan yang bergelar ayah. Jadi aku try memberi sepenuh kasih sayang aku kat anak aku. Malam2 aku tgk anak aku tdo, aku tenong muka dia, menitis jugak air mata. sedih weiiii...Kadang2 aku terpikir, mayb ini rasanya cemana menjadi ibu tunggal. Suma urusan dipikul dibahu sendiri menjadikan aku seorang ibu yang berdikari.

But sesungguhnya, mr hb adalah seorang suami dan ayah yang sgt baik dan mulia. Pengorbanan dia utk berjauhan dari kami 2 beranak hanya semata utk mencari rezeki mbuat kan aku terlalu sayang kat dia. Aku tahu, mr hb pun rasa seperti apa yang aku rasa. Aku sujud, doa kat Allah agar jadikan kami tabah dalam mengharungi segala dugaan.

We're on fire

Pagi tadi, around 11 smthg, building kitaorang ade buat Fire Drill. Dah la office kat tgkt 6, bpeluh2 mak nok turun tangga. Actually budak office suma dah tau ada fire drill, so ada yang skip gi ngular. Tapi saya tak nak la miss tgk fire drill ni kan, sronok ape eventhough cuaca panas yang amat sgt. Lama le jugak kitaorg bdiri kat bawah tu, rasanya dalam 45 minit.

Teh C Peng yang Heaven

Hari tok adalah Rabu yang sungguh rezeki, kolik ku awal pagi dah tapau teh c peng ngan kmk orang seopis. Babo kali kwn ku nak, napau aik ais di hari yang sejok tok. Dahla ekon opis tok sejok tambah gik minum aik ais, alu frozen utak ku sekejap. Tapi syukur alhamdullillah, ada juak yang sudi belanja nak ho..

But i tell u, TC Peng ya nang heaven lah....tok first time ku cerik, perghhhh marvellous. Ada pun yang pernah ditry ku sik juak berapa heaven la compare ngn tok. For those Sarawakian boley try kat 7th Mile, Jalan Penrissen.
